I am standing at the door and I can’t turn the doorknob. I just walk away, more like run.

So I ask myself, do I actually have a short temper? Or am I reacting to something I haven’t figured out yet? Because from what I’ve been noticing, there seem to be two different things going on here, and they look almost the same from the outside.
I am being led by my fears by seeking reassurance from others.
